Thanks for a 3rd season to Snyder Shoes for continuing as a Ludington Soccer drop location for Fall registration forms. Snyders is located at 101 E. Ludington Ave in downtown Ludington, at the corner of Ludington and James St. Weekday Hours are M-Th 9:00am to 5:30pm, Fridays 9:00am to 7:00pm, Saturdays 9:00am to 5:30pm, and closed on Sundays. Snyders carries a wide selection of Nike and Adidas youth soccer shoes, and Ludington Soccer players qualify for a 10% discount. |

Birth Certificates Required in Fall ONLY for NEW Registrations |
|
Birth certificate copies are required on file for all Ludington Soccer players. This is a one time requirement and will remain on file for future seasons. If you have not submitted a birth certificate since Spring 2009, simply present a copy with your registration and payment. If you registered with Ludington Soccer since Spring 2009 and presented a birth certificate at that time, no certificate is required in future seasons. |

REGULAR REGISTRATION - Must be postmarked by July 26th OR dropped off at Registration Event on July 26th at the United Methodist Church. Mail in option for registrations ends July 26th. LATE REGISTRATION – Must be received from July 27th thru July 31st ONLY at our walk up registration location Snyder Shoes. An additional late registration fee applies of $10. Absolutely No registrations can be accepted after July 31st. SOCCER SWAP - At our Registration Event July 26th. Watch for more info! How to Register for Fall Soccer |
|
IMPORTANT - Late registration closes on July 31st and this will be the final day registrations can be accepted for all age levels. Late Registration forms cannot be accepted by mail and can only be dropped at Snyders Shoes |

Fall 2010 Registration Fees: ● U6-U8-U10 - $40 ● U12-U19 - $60
Shirts - U6-U10 – Black and white reversible jerseys at cost of $25 each (in fall season, our U10 teams play local and wear reversible black/white jerseys) Shirts - U12-U19 - Orange travel team jerseys at cost of $25 each
A new orange jersey will be phased in this fall—players can still use previous style. You can view samples of this new jersey at our walk up registration event |

IMPORTANT U10 Registration Fee for fall. Registration forms inadvertently list fall registration costs at $60. The correct fee for U10 is $40 in fall ($60 in the spring). Submit only a $40 registration fee for U10. If you have already paid $60, a refund will be issued. Thank you and sorry for any confusion. |
